Here at New Urban Boutique we are dedicated to making our customers feel as safe as possible and provide a great customer service. If you have any problems, issues or you’re not happy with a purchase we will strive to solve your issue as quick as possible
- Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery within the UK is £1.95 or free on any orders over £50. All international orders are charged at £4.95. Orders will be posted out within two days of placing the order. Any orders placed over the weekend or late on a Friday will be posted the following Monday, unless it is a bank holiday. If we have a problem posting your order we will let you know immediately and try to resolve the problem. If the problem cannot be resolved we will be happy to offer a full refund.
- Returns & Replacements
- Making returns and exchanges is very simple. You can return your purchase within 14 days of your order as long as the item returned is unworn and in its original condition with all tags intact. We recommend that you send it back as recorded delivery as we will be unable to refund any items that we have not received. Your exchange will be sent out as soon as we receive your item at no extra charge. If it’s a refund we will administer the refund immediately. Unfortunately we cannot refund any money spent on sending your items back to us.
- Faulty Goods
- A product is faulty if it is damaged when you receive it or if there is a manufacturing fault within six months of purchase. An exchange or refund is available on any faulty product received within 14 days. Any time after that we will do our best to exchange your item for the same item depending on stock, if we do not have the item then you can exchange it for something else but no refund will be available.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- At New Urban Boutique we want our customers to feel like they can trust our site so we take all our payments through Paypal and Google Checkout. We do not store any of your personal information on our database and at no point do we see any of your bank/card details.
